Like i want a really shiny blue spray paint and i think metallic is what i want. Anywho is this the right type of paint or do i need something else.Where can i get a metallic spray paint bottle?

Hopefully u know to primer it beforehand. You can do it a couple of ways. One is to use semi gloss blue, wet sand (fine grit), then apply the glossy coat that has that reflective look, or get paint that has the flecks in it, but not in a rattle can (and dont sand) then apply a billion layers of clear coat... literally.
