Is it hard to spray a metallic base coat? what is the difference of spraying than a regular paint?

nope, not hard at all. Just put on 3 or 4 coates , normal manor, then on the last coat pull the guan away from the surface further, this will give a drop coat, or allowing the matalic to not be blotchy. A metallic coat will need a few coats of lacquer on top.
