Lowes has a pearl finish line and a metallic finish line of paints as well as metallic flecks that are sold separately and can be added to paints.

Their metallics are beautiful. While I have not seen a purple sample card there.... You can paint your wall with a semi -gloss of your choice and then go over it with any of the metallics sold in the fuax finishing sections. The metallics are very sher and your vase color will show through. Some Sherwin Williams Paint stores sell a product called Modern Masters. They a have very nice metallic selectionWhere can i find purple metallic interior wall paint?
Dutch boy has a product that you could add over the purple.

Or you could paint your wall the purple color you want and then buy a gallon of glaze. Mix a portion(1/4 gal) into a container and add your glitter to it. Glitter comes in a range of colors but try silver or even purple. Apply with a sea sponge or small sponge roller. I would paint a piece of cardboard purple and experiment on that before doing the walls.

If you mix the glitter in the purple paint it won't show because the paint will cover it. The glaze dries clear and will let the glitter reflect light.
You will probably need to start at a paint specialty store. If there is no Sherwin Williams or Behr store in your town then settle for Home Depot or Lowes. Explain what you are looking for and their consultants will work with you to come up with what you want, including painting tips.
I don't think it exist either but I'd still go to a place that has allot of paint to check. You could go to Lowels or Williams and they'll tell you.
I don't know if that exists either but it sounds really cool!
