How might the choice of color or of metallic paint affect he temperature inside a car?

The darker the paint , the hotter the car will be.





black is the worst as it absorbs most heat.





White will be the coolest as it reflects most heat.





There may be an element of reflection with a flaky metal finish as I would expect a car that was chrome plated could reflect [like a mirror] the suns rays and could be cooler.
