How do i go about repairing stone chips on metallic paint on my car ?

I have stone chips which are down to the metal.How do i go about repairing them ? Ihave touch up paint but was wondering about the laquered top coat.How do i go about repairing stone chips on metallic paint on my car ?
You need to sand it down smoothe, then paint it and try to blend it in with rest of car, and then you need to apply the clear laqour coat over it.





To be honest if you want a quality job done, then you need to take it to a professional as you will never get the new paint to blend in with the original, you wont get it smoothe and it will just not look right
