the original code will be on the door inside edge. Its a white lable with the vin number and then a line, above the line you will see the words ';paint, trim, body'; and so on, numbers uner are the codes. thats if someone hasnt removed it or painted over it.Where can I find paint code information? You guys are not reading the whole question, it is not the original paint color, so the color code in the door jam is no good.
The paint code should be included on the build plate and possibly included in the VIN for the vehicle. Often there was also a sticker on the door jamb that spec'd the color code.
